MALAYSIA’S STRONGEST MAN & WOMAN is an annual strongman event organized by the Malaysia Strongestman Association. This event aims to gather selected athletes from each state to compete for the title of the strongest person in Malaysia by category. They will also compete with international participant through out this region.
There are 4 categories for men and 2 categories for women. Each category is limited to 10 participants only.
