Malaysia’s Strongest Man & Woman 2025 (Deadlift Challenge)

MALAYSIA’S STRONGEST MAN & WOMAN 2025 is  an annual competition organized by the Malaysia Strongestman Association in collaboration with the Minister of Youth & Sports Malaysia.

In addition to the main Strongman event, this edition will also feature a Deadlift Challenge, open to all local athlete.

There are two categories: Men and Women, with each category limited to 50 male and 50 female participants.

The required weight is set at 1.2 times bodyweight for men and 1.0 times bodyweight for women. Participants will be given 90 seconds to perform as many repetitions as possible. Straps are allowed, but ‘touch and go’ is not permitted.

All changes are subject to the organizer’s discretion.

Once registration is confirmed, athlete names cannot be changed. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
